नई दिल्ली। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने गुरुवार को फिर एक बार राफेल डील को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और कारोबारी अनिल अंबानी पर निशाना साधा। उन्होंने कहा- राफेल इसलिए समय पर नहीं आ पाया क्योंकि उसका पैसा अनिल अंबानी के पास पहुंच गया। फाइल में लिखा है पीएमओ ने सारी सौदेबाजी की। मोदी राफेल डील पर दैसो से समानांतर बातचीत कर रहे थे। अगर वे दोषी नहीं हैं तो खुद के खिलाफ जांच की इजाजत क्यों नहीं देते? इस पर जेपीसी को क्यों नकारा जा रहा है?
प्रधानमंत्री ने रात में सीबीआई प्रमुख को हटाया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर उन्हें फिर इस पद पर लाया गया, लेकिन फिर हटा दिया गया। सबकी जांच होती है तो प्रधानमंत्री की भी होनी चाहिए। पूर्व रक्षा मंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर ने एक टेप में साफ कहा है कि (राफेल सौदे की) सारी फाइलें उनके पास हैं। पहले आपने कहा कि राफेल में कुछ नहीं है। बाद में हमने बताया कि कुछ गड़बड़ हुई है। इसके बाद हिंदू अखबार ने नाम के साथ लिखा कि राफेल में गड़बड़ हुई। हमने जब जेपीसी की मांग की तो सरकार उसे नहीं मानी। प्रधानमंत्री खुद क्यों नहीं कहते कि मैं चौकीदार हूं, मैंने चोरी नहीं की है। उन्हें खुद इस मामले की जांच करानी चाहिए।
राहुल ने राफेल डील पर आगे कहा, पीएमओ समानांतर बातचीत क्यों कर रहे थे। उसका कोई कारण होगा। वरना नेगोशिएशन टीम तो अपना काम कर ही रही थी। अगर सरकार कह रही है कि राफेल सौदे के दस्तावेज चोरी होने से ऑफिशियल सीक्रेट्स एक्ट का उल्लंघन हुआ है, तो उस पर एफआईआर दर्ज कराएं। पीएमओ का मतलब प्रधानमंत्री ऑफिस नहीं। सीधे प्रधानमंत्री है।
वहीं, भाजपा ने राहुल गांधी के आरोपों को झूठ बताया। केंद्रीय मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने कहा, राहुल को न तो वायुसेना पर भरोसा है और न ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पर। उन्होंने पूछा कि क्या उन्हें राफेल पर पाकिस्तान से प्रमाणपत्र की जरुरत है।
