आपको आज एक ऐसे शख्स की कहानी बताते हैं जो दो रोटी की जुगत के लिए क्या-क्या नहीं करता.. धर्मेन्द्र माहौर और उसका परिवार मुरैना जिले के अंबाह तहसील के पोरसा चौराहा पर एक लोहे के डिब्बे में अपनी छोटी सी दुकान चलाता है.. ०० धर्मेन्द्र माहौर को चाय बेचने के लिए क्या-क्या मशक्कत नहीं करनी पड़ रही..
उसके लोहे के डिब्बे की छोटी सी दुकान को रसूखदार जब चाहे इधर से उधर हटा देते हैं.. लेकिन उसकी मदद करने के लिए कोई हाथ आगे नहीं बढ़ता..
धर्मेन्द्र माहौर मुरैना जिले की अंबाह तहसील के पोरसा चौराहा पर अपने चाय की स्टाल लगाता है ।और अपने परिवार के सदस्यों में पत्नी व तीन बच्चों का भरण पोषण करता है.. इसकी कहानी भी कुछ अजीब है.. धर्मेंद्र दिमनी विधानसभा के अपने गांव जल का नगरा से साइकिल चलाकर पहुंचता है तो उसे पता नहीं होता है कि उसका पोरसा चौराहे पर रखा लोहे का बक्सा सुरक्षित होगा या नहीं —
उसे उसकी चाय की दुकान चलाने के लिए लोहे का बक्सा कभी कहीं रखा या पड़ा मिलता है, तो जिस दुकान के सामने रख जाता है वहां के रसूल दार उसे दुत्कार देते हैं। हालांकि धर्मेन्द्र माहौर मुरैना जिले की कलेक्टर सहित एसडीएम से फरियाद कर चुका है ..मनरेगा के तहत पंचायत में मजदूरी भी कर चुका है.. लेकिन उसके पैसों का भुगतान आज तक नहीं हुआ है …और तो और आर्थिक सहायता के तमाम आवेदन कलेक्टर और एसडीएम के दफ्तरों में धूल खा रहे हैं… लेकिन उस पर अफसरशाही की मुहर नहीं लग पा रही है…
धर्मेन्द्र माहौर पर अपने परिवार की जिम्मेदारी है और उसके लिए वह लगातार लिखा पढ़ी भी कर रहा है ..और सरकारी दफ्तरों के चक्कर भी काट रहा है… लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने जो ₹10000 संबल योजना के तहत देने का ऐलान किया है ।वह शायद धर्मेन्द्र की तकदीर में नहीं है ….क्योंकि यही तो कमाल है कि मुख्यमंत्री जिन योजनाओं की घोषणा भोपाल में करते हैं ..उन पर अमल पोरसा चौराहे के एक कोने में बैठने वाले धर्मेन्द्र तक पहुंचे …तभी तो संबल योजना का असली लाभ मिल सकेगा…
